Authorize the Mayor and Finance Officer to Sign a Waiver of Right to Protest with Lazy P6 Land Company, Inc. for a future assessment of the installation of curb, gutter, sidewalk, street light conduit, sewer and water in Catron Blvd as they abut proposed Lot 1 of Block 1 of South 40 Subdivision, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota.

Summary:

The waiver of right to protest (WORP) is associated with a Preliminary Subdivision Plan application (City File #15PL092) to plat 1 commercial lot. Staff has approved an exception request (City File #15EX132) not to construct curb, gutter, sidewalk, street light conduit, sewer and water in Catron Blvd. adjacent to the plat at this time, contingent upon the property owner signing a WORP for the improvements.
